Shipping

Each new edition goes in the mail at the beginning of the month. Country eligibility for international mailing is flagged at checkout — final country list and delivery timing still TBD.

Billing

Monthly plans renew automatically by the 15th of each month. Annual plans are a single payment of $90, paid up front.

Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled anytime from your account — no customer service ticket required. Cancelling stops future billing; the current period's issue still ships.

Missing mail

If your issue hasn't arrived by the start of the second full business week, let us know via Contact and we'll send another.

Privacy Policy

Placeholder — final legal language pending. In brief: payment details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe (Mailbox 4143 never sees or stores card numbers). Your mailing address is stored separately by Mailbox 4143 to fulfill your subscription and is only shared with our mailing/fulfillment process — never sold or used for marketing by a third party.

Physical-Mail Specifics

Mailbox 4143 is a printed, physically mailed product — a few things that don't apply to a typical digital subscription:

• Mailbox 4143 is operated by Mailbox 4143 LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. A public mailing/return address (PO Box or equivalent) is still pending — a home address should not be published here without your explicit go-ahead.
• Your shipping address is kept separately from your billing/payment details (which live with Stripe) so it can be updated anytime from your account without touching your payment method.
• Address changes apply to the next scheduled issue, not one already in production.
• Gift subscriptions: place a regular subscription with the recipient's shipping address at checkout — there's no separate gift-subscription product.
